Suggestion for your Christmas Eve.

Better than all the presents under the Christmas tree is the presence of a happy family on Christmas table.



Ingredients:

 

·         4 Loins Sr. Bacalhau

·         8 cloves of garlic

·         800g small potatoes

·         0.50l oil

·         400g clams

·         400g mussels

·         16 medium prawns

·         1 bunch coriander salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

1.       Peel the garlic and cut them in slices.

2.       Peel and wash the patatoes.

3.       Cover the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil, put Sr. Bacalhau and over the laminated garlic.

4.       Around, arrange the potatoes and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.

5.       Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven.

6.       Five minutes before the end of the roast, add the clams and pour over the sauce itself.

7.       Sprinkle with coriander and leave another 5 minutes in the oven.

8.       Sided by mashed spinach or cooked turnip greens.
