INGREDIENTS:

- 1 Loin Packaging Cod.

- 1.5 kg of Potatoes

- 4 cloves of garlic

- 2 onion

- 1.5 dl oil

- Salt qs

PREPARATION:

1. Thaw and rinse Sr. Bacalhau.

2. Wash the potatoes, put into a salt-wrapped tray and bake them in the oven at 170º.

3. Cut the onion and chop the garlic.

4. Broil Sr. Bacalhau.

5. When the potatoes are ready, shake the salt and smash slightly.

6. Start spreading onion on the plate, arrange Sr. Bacalhau above and beside put potatoes.

7. In a frying pan heat a little olive oil and the chopped garlic and mix with the Sr. Bacalhau and potatoes.
