Preparation:
1. Thaw and rinse the Cod.
2. Bake the cod in milk.
3. Remove the spine, skins and shred the cod.
4. Peel, cut into cubes, wash and cook the potatoes in hot oil.
5. Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Bring to the boil a pan with olive oil and add the garlic and onion until translucent.
6. Add the shredded Cod. Leaving braise for 15-20 minutes.
7. Add the chips, cream, salt and pepper.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
