INGREDIENTS:

4 Codfish faces soaked

2 Carrots
·
2 Onions
·
1 Bay leaf
·
400g of red beans soaked
·
4 garlic cloves
·
1dl of olive oil
·
1 Chilli
·
250g Prawns
·
1 branch parsley
·
Salt and pepper
·
Coriander
PREPARATION:
1.
Bake the cod faces in boiling water with a
carrot peeled and cut in half, half of the onion and bay leaf, for eight
minutes and set it aside.
2.
Bake the beans, in the pressure cooker, in
boiling water with the other half of onion for 35 minutes. Set it aside.
3.
Chop the remaining onion, carrot and garlic
cloves and saute it in olive oil.
4.
Add the chilli, the drained beans and 2 dl of
broth of your cooking. Cook a little.
5.
Clean the Cod faces. Add the shrimp to sauté and
pour over 1 dl of broth cooking of cod facesJoin the cod faces and coriander.
6.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 15
minutes. In the end, rectify the seasoning, transfer to a serving dish and
garnish with coriander.
Creamy sauce!
For the sauce bean stew be creamier, grind a
small amount of cooked red beans with a bit of broth of your cooking.
Wrap
