Ingredients:
- Loins Premium
- 1kg of potatoes
- 100g Bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1 red Pepper
- 2 peeled Tomato
- 1 tablespoon of Tomato pulp
- 2 Onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 White Beer
- Olive oil qs
- Flour qs
- Chili qs
- Salt qs

Preparation:

1. Defrost the codfish.
2. Cut the onion and peppers, sliced, and chop the garlic.
3. Pass the cod with flour and egg and fry in olive oil. Arrange on plate.
4. Place the potatoes in a tray with salt, leading to the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
5. Fry in oil, onion, garlic and bay leaf. When the onion is translucent, add the pepper, peeled tomatoes, tomato pulp, bacon, beer, salt and chilli to taste.
6. When the sauce is ready, remove from the stove and pour over the Codfish.
7. The Codfish should be served with punched potatoes.
